Among the many distinctions received by Glossary Agent™, we highlight our inclusion in two Internet databases because of the reputation of those databases within the international librarian, educational, and research communities:

2002

The Gateway to Educational Materials^SM (GEM) Consortium added Glossary Agent™ to its database, making us one of a number of select organizations — such as the BBC and the Smithsonian Institution — whose online educational resources are available through GEM. A project of the U.S. Department of Education, GEM provides access to high-quality lesson plans, curriculum units, and other education resources on the Internet.

2001

Glossary Agent™ became part of the database of SOSIG, the Social Science Information Gateway, managed by university librarians in the United Kingdom. SOSIG is the social science, business, and law hub of the U.K. Resource Discovery Network, a cooperative effort of major universities and libraries in the United Kingdom, among other prestigious institutions in the United Kingdom and elsewhere. Glossary Agent™ is currently the only resource selected for inclusion in the Insurance > Reference Materials category of SOSIG.
